Cycle1st Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions
We’re excited to work with you. Before getting started, please review the following Terms & Conditions. These are designed to ensure a clear, fair, and transparent relationship between you and Cycle1st. These terms may be updated at any time at Cycle1st’s discretion.
1. Program Participation
Ambassadors are selected at Cycle1st’s sole discretion. Participation in the program does not constitute employment, partnership, or any formal agency relationship with Cycle1st.
2. Content Ownership & Usage Rights
By submitting or posting any content related to Cycle1st — including photos, videos, captions, reviews, or testimonials (“Content”) — you grant Cycle1st a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your Content for marketing and promotional purposes across all platforms.
3. Ambassador Responsibility & Compliance
Ambassadors are responsible for ensuring that all content does not infringe on any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, etc.)Is truthful and accurately represents the product. Complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines for sponsored content. Ambassadors agree to indemnify and hold Cycle1st harmless from any claims related to the Content they produce.
4. Compensation & Product
Ambassadors may receive free Cycle1st products as part of the program. Select ambassadors may be invited to participate in a performance-based commission program based on content quality, engagement, and sales performance. Commission opportunities, if offered, will be communicated individually.Cycle1st reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions in cases of: Fraudulent activity, Self-referrals, Manipulation of referral links, Any deceptive or abusive practices
5. Brand Representation & Content Guidelines
Ambassadors agree to represent Cycle1st respectfully and authentically. Content should: Reflect genuine experience with the product. Avoid misleading, offensive, or inappropriate material. Follow any brand guidelines provided (if applicable). Honest reviews are welcome — authenticity is encouraged.
6. Termination
Cycle1st reserves the right to terminate participation in the program at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, ambassadors must: Stop representing Cycle1st. Remove affiliate links or promotional materials if requested
7. Referral Tracking & Cookie Duration
Referral links may use cookies to track purchases. If a commission program is offered, purchases made within a specified time window (e.g., 30 days) after a user clicks an ambassador’s referral link may be eligible for commission attribution. Cookie duration and attribution rules will be communicated separately, where applicable.
8. Prohibited Promotional Methods
Ambassadors may not engage in the following: Running paid advertisements using Cycle1st brand terms or variations (e.g., “Cycle1st”), Impersonating Cycle1st or creating misleading accounts, pages, or domains, Sending spam or unsolicited promotional messages, Posting on coupon, discount, or deal aggregation sites without permission, making false or misleading claims about Cycle1st products
9. Returns & Chargebacks
If a commission program is offered, commissions will only be paid on completed, non-refunded transactions. Cycle1st reserves the right to reverse commissions in the event of returns, refunds, or chargebacks.
10. Disclosure Requirements
Ambassadors must clearly disclose their relationship with Cycle1st in all promotional content, in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines. This may include using disclosures such as #ad, #sponsored, or similar.
11. Brand & Trademark Use
Ambassadors may use Cycle1st branding solely for the purpose of promoting the brand. Ambassadors may not: Modify or misuse Cycle1st logos or brand assets. Register domain names, social media handles, or accounts that include “Cycle1st” or similar variations. Misrepresent themselves as official representatives of Cycle1st
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in full effect.
13. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the full agreement between Cycle1st and the Ambassador. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
